Our shipping policy:
 You will have an opportunity to preview and change your order before it is processed. Once submitted, we will confirm your order via e-mail. We will ship within two days of receiving payment or we will contact you by e-mail to tell you why the delay and when we can ship.

We ship with in the continental United States by U P S Ground.
If we have to ship by some other method or ship to Alaska, Hawall or International as soon as we know the ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES we will e-mail you with the shipping charges and the different ways we can ship to you. Your cost of shipping would be the actual shipping charges.

 All items will be shipped insured.

REFUNDS and RETURNS:
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund, with in 14 days of receipt of purchase. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
• Shipping is non-refundable*
• Shipping to and from Unique Collectible Gift Store is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location, excluding damage in shipping.
• The item must be repacked in the original box according to factory standards & without excess wear or damage (excluding damage in shipping).
 BE AWARE - The boxes on some painted ponies suffer some slight shipping damage such as scuffing and minor dented in corners. We can not be responsible, nor will we exchange boxes that have suffered mild damage.
*Items purchased original with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
